Mitsubishi Ductless Air Conditioner Project at the Kuhl Home
Greg and Joyce Kuhl have a beautiful home in Milan that has a boiler for hot water heat. Their home didn’t have an existing air conditioning system or ductwork in place. They called CMR Mechanical to provide a proposal to install a Mitsubishi Ductless Heat Pump system that will provide both air conditioning and heating.
The system they chose has the ability to heat down to very low temperatures and do it very efficiently. The Kuhl’s chose a 4 zone system with 3 indoor units on one side of the house (Bedroom, Craft area, and Living room), and one indoor and outdoor unit for their Master Bedroom.
The Kuhl’s will have complete control of their heating and cooling needs by being able to turn each indoor unit on and off when needed and be able to set the thermostat of each room independently. The Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner system is very efficient, quiet, and reliable.
