"Concerns over a 28-year-old furnace in Ann Arbor brought us to CMR Mechanical. We emailed for a quote, Andy got back to us the next day, then came out to assess our needs and give us some options. In less than a week Scott, Eric and Charlie were at our home to install our new furnace and water heater. It was a full day of work for them, but when they left we were comfortable in our toasty home.Each step of the way was handled perfectly. Andy is very knowledgeable which helped us to select the best options for our living situation. "I have used CMR Mechanical for many years to maintain my steam boiler. They're very knowledgeable  and, at my request, have helped me understand how to maintain it. Whenever I have had a problem they responded promptly. I never feel as if they are pushing me to spend extra money. On the contrary, have helped me figure out how not to have emergency calls in the winter and, in fact, my need to call them in the winter has gone away since we changed what to do during routine fall maintenance. I would recommend them without reservation for heating and cooling in Ann Arbor."

"CMR Mechanical is the best! My air conditioner broke so I called them to fix it. They scheduled a technician to come out. He arrived promptly, was very clean and polite (put the little booties on his feet to not track dirt into the house). He had the problem fixed in 20 minutes and took the time to show me what the problem was and what he did to fix it.The service was fast, professional, and affordable, and I highly recommend them for heating and cooling in Ann Arbor!"

“Wow, Charlie was just at our home servicing our air conditioning units and he was (and I am sure still is) fabulous. Charlie updated me via phone as to his arrival time. He was extremely polite when he arrived. He spent a couple of hours here doing what seems to be a very thorough job on our two air conditioning units and a wall unit in our exercise room.

When Charlie finished he gave me an update on everything and went in to detail that I could easily understand. He let me know of a few things to watch out for as one unit is an older model. I could go on and on about how pleased I am by Charlie’s work here at our home.
